One little, two little, three hundred little ninjas... An absolute cult movie in all imaginable ways. The mysterious Lone Wolf and his son on a journey to find peace of mind (or to damnation; take your pick) leaving along their way by around a hundred dead bodies, gallons and gallons of blood and lots of severed body parts. This is a montage of the first few episodes of a loose series about their journey together. Even so, it contains emotional depth that you would never expect from such a fleeting glimpse. The only, unfortunately serious, objection I have is that in places it is almost too obvious that this is “just" a montage. One of the movies without which Tarantino would have had nothing to borrow from for Kill Bill. ()
