anglais This film is difficult for me to review. On one hand, I thoroughly enjoyed the 90s vibe, the clash of acting titans was impressive, and there were high-quality practical effects full of explosions. On the other hand, the story didn’t captivate me; the plot seemed quite naive, and the ending felt poorly handled, which I consider a significant drawback. From an acting perspective, I have no complaints; the actors delivered commendable performances (not surprising given their names, which are a guarantee of quality). Tommy Lee Jones, in my opinion, slightly overshadowed his acting colleague; his role as the mad Irishman with a tendency to let everything blow up suited him perfectly. That’s why I was frustrated with the ending, where his screen time was abruptly cut off—such a format deserved better. The action was decent, and the explosions were impressive. However, I must add that some scenes of running before explosions and fire were digitized, which ended up causing more trouble than benefit. I’ve seen much better films. I give it 57%. ()

anglais Tommy Lee Jones is absolutely excellent in the role of a scoundrel, even with his accent, Jeff Bridges and his father Lloyd are on the good side again, and yet everything is exploding or could explode. It's impressively not great, the story is quite overused, but it has an impact that will keep you hooked from start to finish. ()
