A minimalist mystery thriller that starts strong but fizzles out towards the end. I usually enjoy films featuring a single character in one location, and the idea of a podcast creator uncovering her most challenging mystery through phone calls and her show is intriguing. Lily Sullivan was an excellent choice, carrying this one-woman show effortlessly. However, it's a shame the potential was squandered by an underdeveloped script. The direction the story took in the final third didn’t sit well with me — I would have preferred it remained impersonal.
