(Apple TV+)

anglais With the limited selection on Apple TV, you’d expect a series starring Eva Green and Vincent Cassel to be a hit. But when it comes to spy thrillers, it’s always a gamble, and unfortunately, this one doesn’t quite pay off. The best part of the series is definitely its two leads. Vincent looks like he just crawled out of a crypt, and Eva like she’s recovering from a wild night out with Daniel Craig. The plot is incredibly naive, and it’s almost comical to see the French president portrayed as a national hero who micromanages the lives of secret agents. And don’t even get me started on the action scenes that try to be stylish but instead just end up looking dumb. It's not a total waste of time if you want to see Vincent, Eva, and a president on the brink of disaster making decisions about French counterintelligence. Otherwise, there’s not much here. ()
