Punisher

Dolph, pale from a lack of vitamin D, roams the sewers, but not because he’s ashamed—he’s out for revenge. While gun enthusiasts will find plenty of entries for the Internet Movie Firearms Database, Jeroen Krabbé comes across as a lackluster villainous crab, and Detective Gossett Jr. misses every opportunity to deliver witty one-liners. Lundgren, for some reason, refuses to wear the Punisher’s iconic shirt (perhaps so the audience can better focus on the nipple peeking through the hole at the end). The editor of legends like Lethal Weapon and T2 doesn’t quite prove himself as an action director, and without a sense of humor, I’ll continue to prefer the executioner with Thomas Jane...
