anglais Mrs. Doubtfire is a timeless classic among family comedies, which is above all an acting masterclass by Robin Williams, who here proves that he is a multifaceted actor and comedian with a capital C. The flaming breasts, the dance with the vacuum cleaner, the visit to the swimming pool and the evening at the restaurant, these and other scenes will always make me laugh. In addition to this, I must also praise the work of the make-up artists, who quite rightly took home the Oscar statuette. Overall, this is an incredibly easygoing film with an original theme, a great cast and more than one memorable scene, which, among other things, shows how important and irreplaceable family is. ()

anglais Chris Columbus simply has a gift for making beautiful, memorable family films that you'll love coming back to. Mrs. Doubtfire is one of them. Robin Williams shows his voice-acting strength here. The film really excels in this respect. Otherwise, it's a light joy that isn't spoiled even by the moralizing, because when it comes to family, it's always quite powerful. ()
