I Know Who Killed Me

Je crois que ce film est beaucoup plus approprié au tempérament de Lindsay Lohan que, par exemple, La Coccinelle revient ou Freaky Friday dans la peau de ma mère. Cela dit, moi, je préfère ses comédies. Le principal inconvénient de ce thriller est qu’il a des ratés dans la construction de sa tension et qu’il ne parvient pas à amener le spectateur à retenir sa respiration. Au moment où ça devient intéressant, l’intrigue semble se figer et fait place à un moment strip-tease ou à un déplaisant souvenir de torture. Et Lindsay Lohan dans la position de l’amazone avec une main et un pied en moins ne sera pas du goût de tout le monde. :-) (15/08/2008)

At first glance, the script has several problems. The first - and biggest - is the dialogue. In some scenes, they are incredibly stupid, which significantly diminishes the impression of what the viewer is watching. In the end, the dialogues are not even performed particularly well. The second problem is the insertion of completely unnecessary scenes for effect. And these scenes aren't even particularly good or genuinely effective. Couldn't Lindsay at least take her clothes off? What the film manages to do reasonably well is maintain suspense, as for a considerable time you won't know what's happening. That's good, because there's not much else to interest you. Then it all comes down to the twist and how it is executed. Unfortunately, even that isn't groundbreaking, and the film shows that it lacks any structure leading up to the twist. It's as if they just shot in the dark, and it happened to make a bit of sense by chance. (26/02/2014)
