This film did not convince me that Harold Lloyd is a better comedian than Charlie Chaplin or Buster Keaton. It's probably because of that silly expression that didn't quite sit well with me. I enjoy Buster Keaton much more, partly because his films are more stunt-oriented, more athletic, and more thoughtfully crafted. The Kid Brother is fine; you can see that Lloyd knew how to entertain, but I thought it would be better.
