Roose Bolton finit par être récompensé. Arya et Sandor, de leur côté, sont témoins d'une scène particulièrement horrible. Joffrey, quant à lui, lance un défi à Tywin. Everything about Stannis is confusing and strange, and will probably crystalise in future episodes. Kings Landing is ruled by the über badass Charles Dance who is truly terrific as Tywin Lannister. Sansa and Arya are also developing interestingly. The plot around John Snow is not entirely convincing, but the farewell scene is quite impressive. The last episode kind of reveals the cards for the coming ones, where it looks like it won't be a fight between kings or nations, but a fight between the living, the undead and dragons.

The finale felt weaker than the previous one. On a personal note, I'm not a fan of Bran's storyline at all and I'm not looking forward to its return in the next season. That said, I do enjoy the show whenever these characters are on screen: The Hound, the Lannisters, and Varys. They are the main reason behind my rating.
