ThanksKilling

I don't like watching movies that were intended seriously yet ended up due to unfortunate circumstances or lack of skill being a joke. Still, the older I get, the more I am able to appreciate the cheapest B-movie or any later letter of the alphabet that was created on a shoestring with a few saved coins with full awareness of one's own limitations, and a group of friends who understood it out of love for the genre, while at the same time making surprisingly accurate jokes about it. I'm not giving this a higher rating, because the magic of novelty would likely be lost on a second viewing, but as a one-time viewing and a surprising one at that, this ThanksKilling has landed surprisingly and indefensibly high.
