This is kind of in a nutshell what I think about the film, or rather, what I think the creators who made it had in mind: The pseudo-real recordings are simply pathetic, at least when they look like this. From the beginning, it's dull and gray, one cliché after another, and it's not something you can watch for long. It has nothing to do with the series, and I was tired and disgusted after just a few minutes of watching. Plus, the acting is really terrible.
