Jáchyme, throw him into the machine in an Italian version. The crazy humor is very similar here too. The main character - a bumpkin from Bumpkinville - wants to experience life and so after a series of decisions, he starts his tractor and sets off to Milan. The first discovery of the metropolis, falling in love with a local city beauty, attending a football match...these are all scenes that made me laugh so much that I will want to watch this movie repeatedly. One of my favourite Italian films. Castellano and Moccia don’t spare any ideas and it’s impossible to get in one viewing all those great lines and crazy situations. I don't know what I should highlight first, the nail clipping scene, the world's most spacious flat or the trainspotting. Plain and simple, this film shouldn't be missed because such cute and truly funny comedies are rarely seen. (03/05/2011)
