A very captivating film, which from the beginning goes a bit against the current, for example, with the subtitles that are peculiar, but also with nudity, which is hinted at beneath the cloak of the woman who appears here. But it continues, all the way to the grand finale, when finally someone opens that box. It's a noir film, but at the same time, it's also a fantastical film. It's gritty and incredibly cruel for its time, which is very refreshing.
