Une très belle adaptation du Best-Seller romantique de Nicholas Sparks. Dawson et Amanda étaient très amoureux l'un de l'autre au lycée. Séparés par une tragédie, ils se retrouvent vingt ans plus tard en Lousiane et découvrent alors que la passion qu'ils partageaient est restée la même. Just classic Nicholas Sparks, or rather a film based on his work. It's well set up, and there are interesting characters you root for, but towards the end, it just gets messed up. Of course, it just has to be dramatic, heart-wrenching, and tearful, because otherwise, it just won't work. The ending is an annoying construct that I outright disliked.
