Masožravý obraz

The title itself raises certain expectations, but if those expectations are of a B-movie nature, they definitely won't be fulfilled. This is primarily an atmospheric horror that tries to captivate the viewer with interesting shots, sound work, and the overall arrangement of the environment where the story unfolds. It's not scary in terms of jump scares, but it really creates a tense atmosphere of fear and uncertainty. The gore is also at a very good level, and at times, I felt a chill run down my spine. In terms of horror, it's definitely one of the best pieces within the Pionýři hororu (Pioneers of Horror) project. (27/03/2014)
