The show borrows heavily from Pushing Daisies with some minor tweaks, but it still hits the mark for me. I started watching it for some light-hearted fun without having to ponder deep existential questions, and it delivered. It's an easy-going series that makes me laugh, so I'm pretty satisfied. When I compare what I expected to what I got, I should probably give it a full rating. However, I'll dock one star for the unoriginal concept and the character Major Lilywhite, who, along with his actor, gives me a slight nervous tic. On the other hand, Mr. Boss is a standout character who brings a lot of enjoyment to the series. (29/07/2016)
