De dangereux trafiquants prennent livraison a Hong Kong d'un microprossesseur a usage militaire et le dissimulent dans un jouet electronique. A l'aeroport, Mrs Hess prend par erreur le sac contenant le jouet. Les malfrats retrouvent sa trace dans la banlieue de Chicago, mais faute de connaitre son nom, s'installent dans sa rue et visitent chaque maison. Mrs Hess a offert le jouet a son petit voisin, Alex, precoce et delure, qui ne tarde pas a remarquer le manege des gangsters. (texte officiel du distributeur)

A group of adults, acting like mental patients, chase after a remote control car with an incredibly long range. It goes through walls and I don't know what else. Yes, the plot is in contrast to the classic two movies with Macaulay Culkin, which unfortunately doesn't change the fact that it's quite stupid. One wouldn't even believe that the screenwriter was also John Hughes. The actors here are terrible, all of them, and only the presence of young Scarlett Johansson brings some joy. ()
Yeah, what an adorable kid. And the remote controlled car, that was cool! And the four adult morons falling all the time, ha-ha-ha. Really great! ()
I wouldn’t have believed that it could be possible to find a more unlikeable kid than Macaulay Culkin… ()
As a little cheeky bugger, I quite liked it, however, after watching it now after all these years, I feel queasy. ()
