Attorney Lea Jung wins a high-profile case: Blonde rich kid and gossip-mag playboy Nick was cleared of charges of raping his ex-girlfriend. But then his star lawyer starts to doubt his innocence. After the trial, Nick starts courting Lea. He just shows up at her door with a bottle of wine and two glasses in his hand. She hesitates, but she's fascinated as well: Nick is a very attractive man. To get away from all the reporters, she spends a few days at the old lakeside house where she's gone since she was a little girl. Lea wants to spend some time by herself and get some work done – when Nick shows up in the middle of the night. Nick's ex-girlfriend Yvonne is trying to reach the lawyer as well. She desperately insists she told the truth, accuses Lea of destroying her life, warns her not to make the same mistake she did and fall for Nick.
