Enfant à problèmes, Alex est envoyé de force à El Lobo, un pensionnat dirigé d’une main de fer par le redoutable Mr Cortès. Il y tombe sous le charme de la jeune Isabel, et se lie d’amitié avec les inséparables Jorge, Ricky et Pato. Alors que les sévices infligés par le directeur se multiplient, ses camarades révèlent à Alex la mystérieuse légende du Loup : Mr Cortès aurait caché dans les caves du pensionnat une bête terrifi ante, qui serait à l’origine de la disparition de plusieurs enfants. Il devient alors vital pour Alex et ses amis de s’échapper… (Condor)

An ordinary film, with a thriller twist, in which we follow a group of kids in a reformatory, but it's clear from the start that something is wrong. Not a groundbreaking idea, it kind of feels like everything seen here has been seen a few times before elsewhere and in a more entertaining way. But it’s a watchable average that it’s incredibly sunk by the excessive running time. The characters are okay, the story is predictable, and the direction is not exactly a cinematic masterpiece either. I could have skipped the film, because it doesn't bring much to the viewer.
