(Mica Films)

Apparently, the Finns wanted revenge on the Swedish royal family over the centuries of enslavement and made a deliberately bad film about one of the famous figures in Swedish royal history. Because I can't explain such a bad movie in terms of the story, the environment, the actors (except Nyqvist) and especially the dialogues in any other way. ()
A fine historical film that primarily offers what the genre actually claims. By that I mean some history. Even though the film tries hard to appear fresh, modern, and gritty, it's not really like that, and it's a standard spectacle that could easily be aired on television because there's nothing particularly shocking about it.
