anglais Sometimes it's not a bad idea to try something young, bold, promising. I didn't expect to find a reference to a '90s series here, which I enjoyed so much, but I hoped it could succeed here with me. In the end, it didn't happen completely. Even though I was quite enthusiastic about the main character played by Kiernan Shipka. When I found out that her grandfather was from Slovakia, I immediately rejoiced. This always warms my heart. But also the fact that Kiernan looks like Hermione from fifteen years ago. But action escapes. This is pure young adult, where Satan is praised, vampires run across the screen, and you hear some lesbian and gay romance every moment. And what would you say, they are there and there are a lot of them. If you want to experience an LGBT vampire or werewolf, go for it. I'm probably too old for this. The horror elements are nice though and the '80s atmosphere along with the soundtrack is also great. But the script completely screwed it up. ()

anglais I hope that in the next series the creators will complete some of the promising plot twists, which they first played out here (mainly the stabbed character from the first episodes), but then they have no time left for them because of more important events. Otherwise, I don't really have anything to criticize about this new Sabrina, because I was very entertained by the genre mix in which lovers of the teen, horror and parody genres will all find what they are looking for. Kiernan Shipka is magical (or rather charming) in the main role, and Lucy Davis and Miranda Otto are a hundred percent certainty as her aunts. ()

anglais The first season of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is very enjoyable in that you do not really know what to expect. You cannot predict the characters’ development within the narrative and how the show itself will develop. The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina television series straddles the line between something grittier and a show primarily aimed at teens, so you cannot tell which way it is going to go. The sex scenes are almost embarrassing, although that is different in terms of its grittiness. Plus, it is a cool show. ()
