anglais I caught up with this rather praised crime drama-thriller that surprised me with its shocking and unpredictable conclusion. It's an intimate film with a couple of characters, where a daughter commits a nasty crime and the parents try to cover it up from the police. The hopeless and heavy atmosphere is woven throughout the film and works well. Although it's nothing groundbreaking, it's stuff that can keep you entertained and those who like police investigations will definitely not be bored. I was sure of a strong three throughout, but the final twist had me sitting on my ass, it was shocking as fuck and earned an above average rating. 7/10 ()

anglais Joey King has the unique ability to play the biggest cunt every time, raising my blood pressure with her spoiled, annoying and demented antics, and here it's the same again. In the end, it's a mediocre drama about parental sacrifice and naivety hidden in a dramatic coat that manages to entertain quite adequately for a field of 90 minutes, at least in terms of suspense. In terms of plot or action, however, the film is rather more intimate in nature, but with a twist, and the final picture clusters into an inoffensive "average" that is easy to digest, but at the same time delivers nothing extraordinary and nothing that a viewer would necessarily have to sacrifice their 90 minutes of life for. I hesitate, but I would rather skip the film. ()
