anglais Italy in a very unknown and almost unseen way and I am quite satisfied. I guess it's not anything downright groundbreaking, and it's a bit of a bummer that they don't press bigger and more intense twists, so it's on par with Spain, but otherwise it's a very brisk and well paced courtroom miniseries with a likable lead duo of lawyers and a convoluted case. It's nice that everything here revolves around the trial and doesn't digress into side-lines, so it both keeps the pace and saves time, and we also get the gradual uncovering of evidence in the murder case and some of the wizardry of the wealthy around it. Fine, engaging and not boring, but I would have been happier if they had taken more liberties and given us "something we haven't seen before and will remember", unfortunately this way it's not that memorable, but nevertheless for fans of the genre it's another solid addition to their checklist.
